IPL 2017: Players Auction to held on Feb 20

The Indian Premier League on Tuesday released the final shortlist of players to go under the hammer at the player auctions set to be underway on February 20.

The list, circulated by IPL authorities to all the team managements and accessed by The Hindu, features 122 Indians, including 23 capped players. He has kept his base price at Rs 30 lakh. Now, they have chopped the list down to 351 players which has 122 overseas players.

Indian pacer Ishant Sharma, who had a good outing against Bangladesh recently, has listed himself at the highest base price of Rs 2 crore.

Irfan stressed that his low base price was aimed exclusively at earning an opportunity to play. "My sole priority is to be able to play most games throughout the season", he told Sportstar.
